Program Invitation
The Summit California invites 12 exceptional high school and college men to apply for our three-week Leadership Internship Program. This transformative experience is designed for students who aspire to cultivate a life of purpose and service beyond themselves.
Program Goals
Service Orientation:
Encourage and develop a mindset of service and purpose that will impact our community. Leadership Interns accepted to the program will learn practice skills and in areas of food services, facilities maintenance and hospitality.
Life Purpose:
Guide students to discover and develop their life purpose.
Spiritual Growth:
Develop and Strengthen an abiding relationship with Christ through worship, devotions, journaling , equipping students with practical applications to live out their daily walk with Christ.
About the Program
At The Summit California, you will spend three weeks serving students and parents while growing spiritually and making new friends. During orientation, you will be trained for your summer position and connect with fellow Leadership Students. The remaining portion of your summer program will be spent serving our guests in your assigned work area as you continue on a spiritual growth track.
The summer goes by fast, so don’t waste it! Our Summer Leadership Internship & Volunteer Program will be the most impactful summer of your life. With the opportunity to serve at The Summit California, you will spend three weeks in an undistracted environment, growing alongside other passionate Leadership Students.You will leave The Summit California inspired and equipped with practical tools to make a difference in your school and community.
These summer weeks of growing in your walk with the Lord, developing your skills as a leader, and serving alongside potential lifelong friends will prepare you for what is yet to come.We are looking for high school and college-age volunteers who are passionate, teachable, engaged, and eager to grow in their walk with the Lord. Applicants must be prepared to engage fully, serve selflessly, and meet challenges head-on.

Skill Development
Gain skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in the hospitality industry.
Service Projects
Daily opportunities to serve within The Summit California Community Events. Areas of service include food services, landscape maintenance, facilities operations, hospitality, and housekeeping.
Mentorship
Guidance from experienced Christian leaders to support personal and spiritual growth and leadership.
Who Should Apply

Requirements:
Submit an application form, including a personal statement about your faith journey and reasons for wanting to join the program.
Interview:
Selected applicants will be invited for a short interview to discuss their interest and commitment.
